African Sesame Street puppet with Bill - AIDS Awareness Day Friday

I recently saw an interview with "Elmo", Kevin Clash, and he talked about how the Sesame Street versions in different parts of the world represent the issues each region finds most important for its children to learn about.
In South Africa, it was AIDS, and after much deliberation, the adorable puppet Kami was created. You can see her here, in a PSA with President Clinton:
